French Bulldog puppies snatched from owner, found safe

 LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. --Gwinnett police recovered two French Bulldog puppies who were stolen from a grocery store parking lot in Lawrenceville.

 

According to authorities, a woman who advertised the dogs on the internet, drove from Alabama with hopes of selling the dogs to Ronald Junior Camenish, 18. Police say the suspect told the victim he would pay her extra to drive the puppies to Lawrenceville. After meeting with the victim, Camenish is accused to pushing the victim and grabbing both dogs before fleeing on foot.

Information provided by the witness led police to Camenish's residence where the dogs were located in the basement. Both puppies were unharmed.

Gwinnett County Police Department charged Camenish with robbery.
