Texas Roadhouse Drive for MS at The Country Club of Gwinnett

The Texas Roadhouse Drive for MS will be held today, October 11, 2010 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (3254 Clubside View Court, Snellville). The Texas Roadhouse in Snellville will partner with local community volunteers to organize a Golf Tournament to Benefit the National MS Society, GA Chapter.

The organizers of this event are Sam Roper, Managing Partner of the Snellville Texas Roadhouse restaurant  and Vicki Pomeroy, a wife/mother/resident of Snellville; two individuals from seemingly different worlds. Pomeroy was diagnosed with MS at age 19 and has dedicated her life to working as an activist, educator and group facilitator for the local self-help group which meets monthly at Eastside Medical Center.
