LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Georgia Gwinnett College is stepping up patrols after two female students were flashed while on campus.

The first incident happened January 22nd at 1:00 pm. The student was walking to her car when a man asked her for directions. As she approached his car to give him directions, she saw he was fondling himself. She called campus police, but he was gone by the time they responded.

The second incident happened just twenty minutes later. Again, a female student was walking near her car when a man asked for directions. She saw him fondling himself and called campus police. They searched all parking lots, but didn't find anyone matching his description.

The flasher is described as a man in his late teens or early twenties with dark skin and a medium build. He has short hair and was last seen wearing dark clothing. He was driving a grey or tan four-door sedan.
