His father Charlie Spence founded the company on the principles that was at the core of “The Greatest Generation.” After serving in the U.S. Navy, Charlie Spence worked tirelessly to build a reputation of dependable service and professionalism. His son Steve Spence began working in the family business at age 17, and after working with his father for many years Charlie Spence passed the torch to his son. Steve has carried on the same commitment to service his Father instilled to include the latest innovation, and technology the industry has to offer.
